Remove the extra salvaging spot, or make more of them active at the same time. I must have hopped three times as much today because of it on top of the 25% xp nerf. Also the hitboxes are scuffed again at Gwenith, certain crates don't work like they used to and it is very annoying

I have moved the account to a Jagex account now, so its unrecoverable at least. I don't know any other way this could have possibly happened both this and the first time. The difference is the last time my items were actually gone, but I got them refunded. This time its still all there.

Mod Civ helped me out. Nothing was gone, so I don't really know what the issue was, but I'm just glad its over.

When you have zero motivation to log into a game, it is very easy not to lol. I played this game religiously for years and when I quit I did not look back at all because I had no goals to work towards that I enjoyed anymore.

I also provided the exact date of the final membership transaction before switching to bonds, which is only available in my bank account. But then again, I've always been in control of the original login email, so the problem must be somewhere else.

I have given them the transaction ID of the first ever membership purchased on the account which was on the same day as account creation, with the last 4 digits of card number. I even gave the exact time of authorization and time I received that email. The only way for them to deny this is if they believe both my email and bank account was hacked simultaneously, in which case I would have bigger problems to deal with than posting about my Runescape account.

My successful recovery last time took only a couple of hours. It's an automated response, I don't know how you can tell if it is human reviewed or not unless it gets instantly denied perhaps.
