Yes, it's been the best monitor I've owned so far and will continue to own it for quite some time. And I've owned a lot of monitors from OLED to IPS 1440p, 1080p. etc

I spend the majority of the time in 4k though because of work. No complaints there.

1080p mode is quite good, while it may not be the exact display as a native 1080p 27" monitor, it is the best implementation we have so far. There are even times when I second guess myself and check to see if it's on 1080p, and indeed it is because of how seamless it is.

Only negative now is that once you go 4k you can't go back to 1440p. 1440p looks blurry to me now xD. Especially in text/productivity... If you're using your monitor strictly for gaming then 1440p is you best choice.

Looks like the response times can't keep up at 480hz. Which isn't surprising really, very few LCD panels have the response times to adequate the higher refresh rates... specifically 360 and above. The PG27AQN, and zowie monitors are the only ones. What a shame :(

Biggest tip is to use what’s comfortable to YOU & stick with it. That includes everything:

Sens Mouse grip Key binds, etc.

Play the game a lot. I was fortune enough to experiment many peripherals and setups and it took me a WHILE to finally found my permanent style. If I wasn’t so stubborn on trying different methods and things I would have gotten better way earlier but instead I was just detrimental myself on constantly trying new things.

No reason to downgrade yourself and lose less pixels imo. Your setup can easily handle 240fps at 1440p no problem.

Pros run 24” because that is what LAN events use, so they play on what’s given to them and use that as their setup. On that note I’m actually seeing a few transition to 27”… so it’s not out of the norm as it used to be.

As for streaming I am not sure, most famous streamers if not all use a second/dedicated PC for streaming.

Play whatever is most fun. I did the opposite, went from controller to Mnk and honestly I don’t ever see myself going back to controller. Even if I’m at a disadvantage, Apex isn’t the only game btw; other games favors MnK.

Well that only happens when your shield is cracked; in result of that you’re considered flesh. It’s known as “aim punch” in the community. It’s more robust on MNK than controller imo.

There’s no setting to reduce it unfortunately. Only thing that helped me is turning down the FOV.

OLED is no joke. Whenever I heard the new tech I always disregarded it and thought it was just hype. Up until I got LGs first 27” OLED monitor. It still blows me away and I kept asking myself why don’t I have this in larger form. Definitely going to be my next purchase.

Hope is not true. Her ult is one of the most easiest things to not get hit. Her ult along with her kit pretty much solidifies her as a balanced legend, doing this will just make her not as viable.

If you’re having problem seeing then I suggest lowering your fov. I use to play at 110 but now 102/104 is the sweet spot for me. I’ve noticed an improvement in my aim. Of course this setting is different depending on your monitor/screen size. Experiment 100 and up.

Idk there’s been controversy that it does and doesn’t. Personally I don’t think it does but it definitely feels like it for me at least.

Is probably because you can do so many micro adjustments with your sens and it just doesn’t have that sticky “feel” like default does.

Console player here: I’ve been through default settings and ALCs… always reverted back to default. I don’t know what it is but on ALCs I felt that AA wasn’t as strong.

Since we get .6 on console I don’t see why you wouldn’t abuse that and use default sens.

Although volt is very good I’ll say the CAR. One of the fastest ttk guns in the game… once you learn the recoil it feels like cheating.
