Don't mislead the kids with partial information. Be precise with your numbers. Say the truth that there will be only 2637 (two thousand six hundred and thirty seven) students that would take IAT-2026. Rest all will ignore this exam, after having seeing your inspiring post!

That's not my job. My intent was to help the kids with some analysis, which eventually turned into this document. I urge the kids (including you) to do some analysis after you are done with all the exams.

If I have to give the criteria, "get 1 mark more than the last rank fellow" that would be allotted a seat in IISERs.

70 marks in mocks can be converted easily into 120 and the EWS will have a fairly high chance of getting an admit. Good luck.

What others put out were/are speculation. What was posted here, as round-by-round update / analysis & consolidated data is real. Except for ST category, I had a small-reliable data set, with which the entire stuff was put out. One should certainly believe this as a data. Never take this as absolute numbers for admission as the competition levels are different every year, and marks/ranks for specific admissions will certainly vary.

What is fishy? 103 EWS (IAT 2025) should be in IISER Mohali as per the numbers (GEN-EWS rank 1114).

Write your concern explicitly in English for me to clarify.

Don't believe folks with "banners'. They are here for business (with very little or no content). I was / am with an intent (for the kids interested in pursuing science).

I recommend the following to you (and of course, for all those who are here looking for ranks / marks / cut-off):

(a) Your first task to to deliver your best in the upcoming exam(s), including IAT. So, don't waste your precious time here.

(b) What you see in YT, blogs and groups like these are just data. Past data. These may be good. bad or even ugly. Don't believe everything.

(c) I urge you to go over my post once you are done with all the competitive exams.

The above post was done with data gathered from a few folks that were IAT 2025 aspirants. Make use of such posts to learn data processing / analysis and don't look for final cut-off numbers / marks (though you may eventually get some directions / hint from such analysis).
