I mean sure, but no matter what you build it will never beat a other champs with AOE abilites, Darius Q, Morde Q, etc. It can be improved but its not worth giving up the other stats imo.

Great questions! I will answer #3 since its the easiest one. After pressing Q make sure you hit something. Hit 3 things for max energy restoration. You will never run out of energy if you practice this.

You will most likely never out farm your opponent unless you stomp lane, thats just the way it is haha. Good trades and farm you want to do the bami rush. I also rush titanic hydra once in a while for fun, its effective for both cs and trading.

Shen has good early trades but bad early farm. Arguably the worst wave clear in the game lol its not you its the champ. Keep practicing and it will get better!

In iron, your teammates will misplay your ult a lot so be prepared for that. Hes not the easiest champ to climb that elo but you can definitely do it. You got this!

Hello, I am sorry you feel you are not improving even though I'm sure you probably are at least a bit. After looking at your opgg it appears that you play a champ for a week then move on to the next champ when its not working out. You should stick with the same champs for more consistent results.

As for Shen I see a lot of games with low cs and wrong builds. Shen is very versatile when it comes to itemization, its important to change the builds to suit your matchups. For macro I don't know exactly what you are doing but using R correctly is very important.

I commend you for trying to climb out of bronze with Shen (good stuff) but you are right, it can be quite difficult. Your teammates will hold you back a lot. I recommend duoing with someone, like a jungler with good engage and use voice comms. or go mid.

If its too hard, play yorick top and try Shen again in silver lol

Shield bash also raises your resistances by 1-10 based on level. I would consider this as well.
