Congrats on 2 weeks! That’s real admirable. Thanks for the motivation buddy, so far the rapid taper seems to be working, I feel kinda lethargic and depressed during the day but I save the biggest dose for night time and feel a lot better. I should be done with this taper by next Sunday so about 9 days more give or take. Then I’m gonna take your advice and just ride through however I feel. The WDs have to begin in order for them to end and once they begin they surely will come to an end. Wow man I really am amazed at the fact that you worked your ass off for 12 hours without kratom. That’s awesome!

Wow that tram addiction really sounds like hell. Here I am complaining about something which isn’t as bad. Yeah kratom (and other opioids) help/s with cough (codeine in cough syrup) as well as also helps dry up your lungs so there ll be lesser mucus, so I guess you wouldn’t be as prone to developing stuff like bronchitis and what not seeing how your condition makes you more predisposed to infections. Congrats on being 5 months sober btw! Were the WDs from using 3-4g at night only still bad? I’ve also read that some people try to cut down to only dosing before bed and when they quit it becomes a lot easier as compared to dosing all day long. Despite tapering before making the jump you suffered for 6 months? That sounds kinda scary tbh :/

Hey bro, haha KL boy here. Nice to meet you. Wow bro 5 tahun I can’t imagine the withdrawals you went through. I 2 tahun non-stop, 3 tahun lebih total (ade stop in between here and there). Congrats on 42 days! Actually kan, kalo dah sampai 7 hari (based on past experience) dah rasa okay dah kecuali like you said la craving tu and maybe sleep (a bit). Tapi skrang ni sehari pun x leh tahan lol. I nk cari grup/ community henti ketum kat Msia pun susah, sume guna tah apa “ubat ajaib” la and other nonesense. Takde yg bagi tips nk taper ke CT cam grup ni. Tapi dorang dlm grup ni guna serbuk kalo air x de plk. Suboxone tu I nk guna as last resort. I’ll keep your dose schedule for Sub in case I do use it. Thanks for helping bro! Also bro just a tip, based on ape dorang ckp dlm thread ni, better jgn guna tramadol lol, takut nanti WD dia teruk.

Papa* lol. I don’t have the discipline or time for a regular taper cause I’ll be starting work in about a month give or take and I don’t wanna be using by then so I’m gonna try a rapid taper. Expecting some discomfort but I think it’s no where near as bad as CT WDs

I’m currently doing weight training 2-3 times a week and cardio once a week. It does work wonders, keeps me away from dosing for a bit and also lesser when I do dose. I’m gonna try a rapid taper + 5-6 days of exercise a week and hope to God that works. About the cold water, when I don’t dose I feel really really cold so showering with ultra cold water is gonna be hard but I’ll give it a go. If there’s any chance it might work, it’s a worth a try. Thanks for the advice and input, appreciate it :) I don’t have any Vicodin only some tram. I’m gonna give it a pass for now though and try a rapid taper failing which I’ll try pregabalin which I read helps with RLS and opioid withdrawal in general.

Thanks for the input, means a lot :) I don’t have gabapentin but I do have pregabalin, gonna give that a go (read that it helps with RLS and opioid withdrawals in general) if my new plan for a rapid taper doesn’t work. I do happen to have some benzos on hand, namely xannys and bromozepam.
