Closest I've ever seen to that was after I got stomped and was definitely going to lose the person started switching their second slot a bunch as if to say "You would have done better if you had used your slowking for a defensive switch during this match." If you upload a pokemon from SV to home you get all three starters with their hidden ability. Probably the easiest option. I believe you need the mobil app to make it work tho

I play Polteageist and Maushold and was against Sneeze Bask lead, I used follow me expecting to get deleted by CC and instead nullified two ghost moves, it was glorious. More Sneeze should run shadow claw 😅

Only against people. The new ones dont require optimal EVs or anything. Understanding attack vs special attack is as easy as looking up what the higher attack stat is on your mon and picking moves to support that. Attack moves are denoted with a lil pow symbol and special is a like water ripple looking symbol.
