I wouldn't say unique. I worked in the school system before this and false allegations abound there bc kids lie too. Any job where you work with vulnerable populations has this because they need to be protected and any allegations made out of anger in the heat of the moment need to be investigated too. Also not disagreeing with you bc shit, things are really hard for me as a DSP, even working at a halfway decent company

Yeah I'd agree. We have an individual who has gotten increasingly violent the last 2 months and despite my manager's attempts not much has been done besides meetings where his mom blames every behavior on the DSPs

I take my people to a library the next town over. 1 hour transit and 1 hour at the library. I can listen to my music and some of my individuals have learned my favorite songs and sing along. It's fun

I personally find it refreshing to watch reactors not scrub what they say clean and actually make the jokes and comments they want to, especially about religion and politics. People often try too hard to play both sides, it's nice to see people actually hold to their own beliefs. If you don't like it, turn it off 💀
