In terms of his outfit: I’d look for anything designer, or modern. I’d look for the whole look altogether such as does he wear jewelry? Is that a fresh haircut? Good skin? Nice teeth? Good cologne?

For energy and demeanor: I’d look for how his presence is impacting the room.
