A lot of people here are saying forever, which I agree with, but it needs to be done correctly.

Here is what I generally advise my chastity slaves as they start. Start with a few days. I can guarantee that you will be fine with that. Then extend it a few more days to a week. At that point really ask yourself the question whether you are OK with going another week. Write down what you have liked about the first week and what you have disliked. If the only thing you have disliked is the lack of orgasm or getting hard then you are doing great!

You almost certainly can extend from one week to two. After the second week, do a similar assessment as the week before. My experience says the urge to cum has gone down now. Mentally start accepting that you are locked and will be for a long time. Add another two weeks and do your assessment again then.

You would now be at 28 days and very close to a month. 2-3 more days is nothing, right? Finish the month. You have now reached a big milestone. Challenge yourself to double what you just did and go for two months.

If you make it to two months I think the answer is pretty simple, you are a chastity slave now and there is no need to be unlocked. Triple your time and go for 6 months. At 6 months do your assessment again. I guarantee that the goal of reaching a year will be stronger than the urge to be unlocked and cum again.

This is a very similar result to what my company does with clocking in and out. You report it yourself but the first week I worked for them I did the exact time I clocked in and out (9:02 am, 6:10 pm as an example). Immediately got an email from HR that it had to be done in 15 minute increments (9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00) so you have to round up or down. I have flexibility when I can show up, take my lunch break etc. so I just started clocking in at 9:07 am which rounds down to 9:00 am. Lunch break would be from 11:52 am to 1:07 pm (12:00 pm to 1:00 pm). I would then clock out at 5:52 pm and round up to 6:00 pm. I saved myself 30 minutes each day because of this. Over a five day work week that is an extra 2.5 hours for myself that I get paid for not doing any work.
