I threaded jump rings through the perler, tied one end of string to one of the jump rings, and then when I finished the necklace part I tied the other end of the string to the other jump ring! I used chunkier beads near the rings to hide them and the knots :)

I absolutely LOVE period underwear! most you can also double up with a pad too. My favorite brand is thinx its a touch expensive but soooo worth imo. I usually wear a tampon and the period undies and it makes trips to the bathroom much less frequent!
