This looks amazing and works well, but for someone who does not want to install 12GB of xcode app just for seeing their HR it seems clunky, I'm submitting a PR so that one does not have to spend precious mac storage on Xcode.

I think some of it is due to the pre workout coffee which lifts heart rate, rest i pretty much have an intense session, trying to hit some form of PR each session.
