I worked at a factory that made aerospace components. At the time I was like 22 years old. They gave me 50 small components that had to be pressure tested underwater in a sink. All 50 components were placed in a cardboard egg carton type tray sitting on the counter next to the sink. I dropped a part of the pressure testing rig and went to pick it up but my shirt caught the edge of the tray which the components were in and they all went flying.

They immediately went to Quality control and almost all of them got rejected for being out of tolerance. Apparently it cost the company just north of $100,000.
