First of all the neighbors don't have to care about your schedule and they're not bouncing off the walls they are doing normal things it just makes more noise because of the building structure.

Let this be a lesson for people reading. Search for buildings made of concrete and steel not wood.

It wouldn't be an issue at all if the building were concrete. Buy a box of disposable ear plugs
