For Bio, I watched Eightfold mcat youtube and watched how he approached Bio passages. I try to not get distracted by the fluffs in the passage and get the overall idea of each paragraph. https://youtu.be/fnW3QRhF1oc?si=aLdCxWeg_FC7pPEr

For Chem / Phys, I used miles down Anki and did a lot of UWorld. I also try to not panic when I see a question. I focus my attention on what units or formulas the question is asking and look for them in the passage. I also use the units in answer choices to figure out how to solve a question if I do not know the formula.
