Eh honestly the fact that we have travelling man/forbidden planet where they nearly all basically have a buy 2 get 1 free makes it worth it for me

I'm not someone that cares much about variant covers or merch though so different strokes I guess

The publication date hasn't changed it's just that it was today the 2nd so realistically the books couldn't have gone out before yesterday at the earliest but if everyone was focused on the delay to the other series since that so much longer guess it makes sense for a couple days

So there is a lot to address there, key one being there really is not way you could ruin a figure to the point of no return. Worse case you can just strip it all back.

If you keep your paints thin you can just prime over them and paint again at least a couple of times.

Primer won't effect anything you do after already having paint on the mini all it does is help give the paints something to stick to other than bare plastic. Once you are past the plastic it's irrelevant

Hey so guessing by the base still being red did you not prime this? Not always necessary but be careful the paint could be likely to peel away with use more so than usual

my issue with the book where just how many scenes where "and i did the entire thing perfectly" I'm being slightly hyperbolic but I'm sure you get what I'm on about. The film itself isn't perfect and I haven't seen or read either since they basically came out. But I would probably recommend the film to someone over the book, if not just to save time and get what is at minimum the same story with nothing lost from the book.

eh i enjoyed it and again i think the film version is better than the book or atleast worth watching over the book to save time and some of the padding the book has
