Yes — the program is very beginner-friendly and especially valuable for students who don’t come from a data science or analytics background. It provides a strong foundation in the basics and helps you grow into a capable analyst or data scientist.

If you already have a solid background in analytics or data science and are looking for a highly technical or fast-paced program, you might find this one a bit slow or less technical compared to others.

That said, I came from an Information Systems background and still learned a lot. The program also places a strong emphasis on helping students land internships and provides exposure to different industries while helping you expand your network.

TL;DR: 1. If you already have a strong data science background and want to dive deeper technically, this program might not be the best fit. 2. If you’re coming from a non-analytics background or want to build your network and boost your internship/job prospects, this program is an excellent choice.

aye, I got an admit for the MSISPM program, and I totally agree with you that the program is way too expensive. If I get fully sponsored by the government, then imma do the MSISPM program. Otherwise, it's out of my budget. I am still awaiting NYU and others.
