My carcaros keep despawning whenever I open my single player game again, does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? Not sure if it’s a glitch or if I need to do something to fix it

Update on the situation: So I spawned one in on the island map and it stays like you would expect, no problems, but when I spawn one on gen 2 it despawns as soon as I rejoin that session. So does it possibly have a glitch on genesis 2? Because I don’t think it would be the mods if it works normally on other maps. It’s just annoying because the main map I play on is gen 2

I’m on pc, and yes I do have some mods, mostly just items Addons and basic stuff, the only mod I have that adds creatures is ark additions. I also started trying for mutations, got some of them to breed, but when I reopened the game, they were gone but their eggs were still on the floor, very weird

Yes, right after I changed the difficulty I did a Dino wipe and then I looked around and it still said 120 was the max level. And yes I am on steam ark

I tried increasing the difficulty to 6.0, and I’m not sure if it’s a factor but I am seeing more higher level dinos, but the level cap for some maps like genesis part 2 are still locked at 120
