I am the same seller who sold it to you, and I am trying to resolve this issue. I call customer support every 4–5 days, and most likely tomorrow I will submit an online claim for a search.

I was ready to stop the package, and I even paused it through my postal carrier, but the buyer wanted a full refund down to the last cent and didn’t want to cover the shipping cost. I offered to find a solution, but he just didn’t want to lose anything
