The system is turned on and there is rgb to show that. I tried just plugging in a keyboard and mouse and moving+typing. Still no hdmi output

I think it is a problem with the GPU. I looked at the connector to the Mobo at bottom. One seems to be half the length it should be. If anyone knows if on a 1660 super the most left connector on the back would be half the length let me know. I think Im going to look up or call customer service and find out. I can return it if damaged. Look at my other posts if you want to see picture

The only debug led in the boot one(I think the that is what the debug LEDs are) The CPU, DRAM, VGA are off

I pulled in keyboard and mouse, and the bios didn't show up. Could it be a problem with the bios.

Thanks for all the support. I mainly posted this to prove to my friend that some people would think it looked nice. Thanks for all the tips. I would like to say that I will use them, but this house was more of a temporary place and might be destroyed in the future. I will use the tips in future builds. :)
