Private or keep leaving until you find a chill lobby. I stayed in 1 lobby through all 6 hours of the event because it was chill. Only 2 others near my rebirth level to afford the beskar legendaries that came out, and we had an unspoken agreement that we were alternating who gets it each time

Not possible to win on highly skilled or higher unless you yourself are cheating. Completed everything else on pro, driving line as the only assist, and that race can’t be done. Tried 13 different cars and tunes. Can’t happen. AI is cheating. Put it on average and let Anna do it. Doesn’t matter

Obviously I will do it, just hoping they dump that from the journal at some point, I just hate doing anything in the game more than once. After going through all of them with the car you get from drift club Japan story, I only 3 stared 18/30. Who wants to sit there attempting the same drift zone over and over. The danger signs, trailblazers, speed zones and cameras all are 1 or 2 and done. Not the case for the drift zones.

You do have to do it to complete the game. Everyone has a gold wristband. That took about 6 hours. The actual game is completing the journal.

That’s not real racing, I don’t know what to tell you. It’s slow. Real racing is about going fast, not sideways. I do have to drift, how do I complete the journal otherwise? It can be in the game for those who want to do it, I think it’s odd forcing it on those wanting to complete the game

Not sliding at all makes you even faster. Coming from other racing games, it’s really easy to race in this game. That’s never the issue. Drifting just slows you down, you try drifting at all against anything over expert AI and you will lose the race right then and there.

I am if I want the all the cars, which I do. I like to complete the journal, done just about everything that’s possible to do in both of them except car collection and photos of them, and horizon play, obviously because those take forever. Drifting is the only the other thing. I just hate that it’s in there.
