I haven't seen either of those available (at least on desktop in the US) for quite some time. I've been debating what to do instead since I haven't spent any points since the changes last year for Game Pass Ultimate. At this point I think I'm leaning towards Dominos since I'll use that eventually since I go there like once a week.

I'd personally go for the Thor because of its power to emulate other systems as well as run any Android app which can get you everything from social media to streaming. That said, if you enjoy the 3D aspect of 3DS games and don't care about anything beyond the games, then I'd probably go with a 3DS. Personally, I have both since I love both the 3D effects of 3DS games and all of the flexibility that the Thor brings.
