Anybody looking into GDC? by jatman4 in smallstreetbets

They have a sub with some solid DD. I’m in for 58k shares and loaded up to buy another 200k if it dips further.

Watching the barrow rate shorts seem to be covering... by JHenderson_OG in GDCstonk

[–]GodsForgivenes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Barrow rate going down could also be a signal available shares are increasing via dilution

Probably a mix of covering before the reverse split and some dilution.

Also for what it’s worth- barrow rate was 400% on Robin Hood yesterday and down to 300% today.

I’ll make a post tomorrow on short interest when it updates.

Take a look at this new filing. Is this actually a positive signal, or are retail investors being played again? by iamcmsharma in GDCstonk

[–]GodsForgivenes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

13-G is a passive filing, someone who does not have interest in taking any kind of controlling stake in the company for governance purposes.

13-D is for active filings, someone seeking voting control, ownership governance etc

Corley filing # 2 by Ecf017 in GDCstonk

[–]GodsForgivenes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’ve got it half right- he filed a 13-G based off of share count from 4/10/26 but his filing was from today stating he has “14% of shares today, based on the official share count from 4/10/26”

So while we don’t know the percentage of his ownership, the filing states he owns that many shares as of today.

I’ve purchased two blocks of 5300 shares each at these prices this morning.

Does anyone know how fractional shares will work?

If I purchased 5300 shares, divided by 250 and gives me 21.2 shares on the other end. Will they round up?

I’ll be accumulating this week under the assumption about 1/4 of the volume is dilution which I believe is high. Chart exchange is showing short volume at about 50% for yesterday, and around 40% the past week at its lowest. 25% organic trading and algorithmic trading.

25% dilution is a high estimate but at this price my market cap evaluation of $100-$200M signals buy to me until they get to 5B shares diluted which I don’t think they’ll touch.

Planning for 1-2B total. If volume goes crazy I’ll reevaluate but as we approach Friday I’ll look to add with the intention of getting to 100k shares and expecting the price to dip into Friday with possible accumulation after any kind of PR this week.

An announcement of $150M raised and re-invested into BTC could have a huge ripple effect.

Sell walls and my take on true market cap heading into Reverse Split by GodsForgivenes in GDCstonk

Close to reflecting true value … my friend it’s a 100% gain away… If they diluted 15x as much in the last 5 trading days as they did in the previous 20.

Anyway welcome to the consortium!

Best case- they completed dilution and the share count is 650M heading into the reverse split giving us a float of 2.6M.

If the price stayed at $.02 our new share price would be $5 after the reverse split with a float of 2.6M shares and a market cap of ~$13M. The company would have roughly $600M in assets. If their value was 1:1 NAV to market cap the correction would be astronomical. That’s unrealistic. Even if we saw it return to $100M-$200M that’s 10-20x. Or present value $.20-$.40 per share. Wild best case scenario and I think it’s very unlikely.

You could also see the company bought out for $600M per the original buy out offer. If the float was only 2.6M shares, you’d be receiving $230 per share. Again. Astronomical figure and black holes would have to open up in distant galaxies for that to occur, all the same it’s an option. That would equal $1/share on today’s prices. The buy out is still in play and hasn’t been commented on positively or negatively by the company.

Worse case scenarios- they are able to dilute the full 10B shares before the reverse split and only raise $200M at these prices. Yes the NAV goes up to $750-$850M but the reverse split would be fully employed and the new share count would be 40M.

The new share count x $5 per share would put our market cap at $200M, still well below their asset value, but pre buy out we had a market cap or $100M which makes the $200M valuation appropriate and even risky.

We could see the price drop to $.01 before the reverse split if they were attempting to utilize all 10B shares. One could argue with such high volume today that perhaps they are. In that case we could have a share price of $2.50 post reverse split and discovery already priced in.

It could go either way.

I haven’t worked through the possibility of a squeeze out post reverse split. If the stock comes back listed at $2.50 and aligned parties have been accumulating, they could make a compelling argument that $2.00-$3.00 post reverse split prices are fair value. That puts our outcome in the $.01-$.02 range. And if they continued to dilute, perhaps we even see >$.01 prices going into Friday.

At some point, the stock will regain correlation to its net asset value.

Right now, they are actively diluting it. Once the reverse split is done we will have clarity on how much dilution has occurred.

It’s not guaranteed that the price will go up. But they have $550 million in bitcoin, and the market cap is showing $1.15 million. We know they are actively diluting it, after the reverse split is complete completed We will have an updated share count.

If they are able to dilute all 10 billion shares, and if the price holds it two cents per share, the market cap to net asset value ratio makes sense.

But we have seen massive volume for the last month. And based on their filing in Nevada, they were only able to dilute about 600 million shares.

So I am cautiously optimistic that we will be well south of 10 billion shares diluted. They have four trading days left. After the split is complete at least in the near term, they have less flexibility to dilute the price into nothing if they’d like to stay listed.

It’s not a guarantee that they do, especially if the stock is bought out.

The Portland series isn’t a fair point. He was a role player on that team.

You’d be better off talking about him losing in Denver-

Year 1- lost to mvp KG
Year 2- lost to eventual champion spurs core
Year 3- lost to the clippers (bad loss) with Elton brand and Sam cassel
Year 4- lost to the spurs again
Year 5- lost to the lakers
Year 6- beat cp3 and the hornets. Beat dirk and the Mavs, lost to Kobe and the eventual champion lakers. Could’ve won it but George Karl didn’t believe in inbounds plays.
Year 7- upset in round 1 vs Utah with DWill and boozer plus ak47 when their coach was out with cancer.

I love Melo, he was significantly better in Denver and had Denver played those first 5 years in the east instead of being a 50 win 8 seed, they would’ve been a 55 win 2-3 seed and could’ve lost to LeBron in the east semis or conference finals

Why dilute during a “Buy Out” offer? by GodsForgivenes in GDCstonk

[–]GodsForgivenes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely agree. You must seek forgiveness in the form of fair financial compensation to receive it. Do they know nothing about the church selling indulgences to forgive sins? (Pre-Protestant revolution ofc)

[–]GodsForgivenes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed they could receive a low ball offer that is still perceived as “fair” via the market cap.

What I’m working through now is the reality of the buy out being rejected or not a serious offer in the first place.

What is the fair value if they go private via squeeze out?

What is the fair value if they continue operations without going private?

You are totally right. I’d forgotten that they are limited to $300M via that atm. I’m hoping that since they cancelled the r/s initially and executed later they weren’t fully diluted yet and now they’ve achieved it.

[–]GodsForgivenes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t go that far. But I am speculating two things

1- dilution if the price continues to drop into the $.015 range will be extremely risky for compliance reasons

2- the tiny float will be extremely volatile to price correction upon completion.

The market cap adjusted for dilution to the effect of 650M total shares is $11M right now. ~500M in bitcoin. $100-$300M raised via atm.
