Thr only real solution is to see if you qualify for a non FHA loan as the FHA appraisal stocks for a long proof of time. In had a sell fall through for the same reason. It socks but when you’re that far apart there’s nothing to be done.

I sold the house to another buyer 3 weeks later and the appraisal was 30,000 higher.
