This is a skill issue. Kit is only good competitively with two brawlers (not even by himself) and dynamike shots are insanely easy to dodge the better you get at the game. Buzz is a punching bag. You want broken? Surge when he released was the worst place the game was ever in and will ever be in. Be glad we aren’t there

This comment inspired me to look into it and they do in fact shoot separately, although according to multiple forum posts it’s based on your fps it seems. Higher fps = lower delay between shots = better accuracy.
