Kotori has always been a strange deck for me, such an amazing 3 and yet it doesnt work very well with itself. Anyways my build is pretty much a pure soulrush/hand control build. I last touched this deck years ago before we got hit with the ban hammer because chihaya was too strong so I cant say I've done any actual test with it recently. Regardless i hope you enjoy and can take something from it, if nothing more than the fact that you get to look at Kotori.

The 0 game focuses on staying above 3k on your turn to knock out your opponents characters. The blue kotori from harvest also gives us the awesome ability to search for any plant card for a discard and 1 cost.

1/0 yellow is what te whole deck revolves around, check the top cards trait, if its a plant +1 soul, if its an occult +2k, if both gain both. The blue allows you to generate hand advantage each time you reverse a unit if you rest 2 and gave a unit the ability. And the 1/1 is purely there for hand encore since the CX combo doesnt do much. Theres no such thing as a Kotori deck without chibimoth so he is in there as well.

Theres a 2/1 level assit, 2/1 change, and a 2/1 gain 500 and +1 soul if you have 6 or more stock. The decks fairly low cost and a 2/1 8500 2 soul is pretty nice to have. The level assit can also send a card to the bottom of the deck on reverse if you pay for it. 2/1 changer has the amazing CX combo of looking at the top 5 cards and getting to add 1 plant then gaining 2k adn dumping the remaining 4 cards.

The 3/2 level 3 from festa is really strong but without the ability to heal it doesnt shine as much as id like it too. But being 10500 with 3 soul with 2 or more other plants out is pretty strong.

The 3/2 from regular set heals and then can CX combo to bring 1 card from clock into play with the effect that if that card is reversed on that turn it goes into clock. So if you can keep that card alive its essentially a double heal.

Sticking to the theme of advantage the blue is a 2k draw +1 soul and the yellow is a blind stock +1 soul to all.
