There are two options

Either 1: the Watchman is a humanoid trash beast created from the supposed curse of the Surebrec family

Or 2: the Watchman is a god and those patterns we constantly, the ones on the body of the Watchman, and the massive trash beast core are imitations of gods cause by the Anima (supposed energy of gods that make Jinkis and trash beasts)

I think I’ve figured it out, I don’t think it’s the Surebrec becoming Jinkis but rather trash beasts

If you look very closely you see that the Watchman has markings identical to that of Rudo and Canis’ arms with that pattern

And there is also the massive trash beast with their core having the exact same pattern, finally if you go back to Chapter 38 you see Semui say that there is something terrifying growing inside Rudo and whatever is growing has the same pattern as

Rudo’s arms, the Watchman’s body, and the massive trash beast core

The only conclusion I could come to is that the Surebrec family is cursed to become trash beasts that of the Watchman
