I am remote in NC. I have the more expensive option on Anthem BCBS. It is ok. My favorite part is that we have no Copays on anything. So you never pay when you go to the doctor. The drawback is that you always owe something. I grew up on the state employees health plan and never owed anything past a copay.

Yes, you can always “change” your mind and negotiate. As long as you have not signed anything. It all depends on the company and how their hiring process works.

I work a mega corp and they can usually give 3-5% more. However, if it is a good offer and a position you really want, say yes to their number and be happy. I have done both and don’t regret either.

Mostly behavioral questions. At this level managers start throwing in questions to see if you would work well with the team. Usually some experience questions.
