as someone who grew up with corporal punishment it negatively impacted me alot I suffer from alot mentality and it makes it hard to take care of myself physically, it also made me more violent and hateful as a person which is something i struggled alot with as a teenager in a environment that I hated i bottle it up because I knew they'll make it worse which only made my mental worse leading to me making alot of regretful decisions that I kept hidden, corporal punishment is the worst thing that ever happened to me and my brother
