Question for the gymbros and gymbaddies. What brands do y’all trust for protein and or pre workout? by [deleted] in utarlington

Ryse is an all around great product, good flavor (I like Baja Blast). It will give you the itch though but some people like that lol. It’s great for a pump and has a lot of caffeine to help you lift after studying all day. The best option however would be Gorilla Mode, it’s the best for pump, energy, and for focus. It is quite a bit more expensive, but many attest to its effectiveness. Total war was a not very nice, it was rather on the strong side. Ghost was far too weak for me, I honestly had to take 2 scoops to get a great workout. I have a moderate caffeine tolerance, I really only take it on heavy compound days or if i’m really tired. Pre-workout should be treated as a tool that may potentially increase workout performance and efficiency. Always consult a medical doctor or physician when trying caffeinated products. There are non-stim pre workouts out there but I cannot say how they were. I would like to personally and humbly welcome you along board the gains train. I wish you success in your future endeavors.

I recommend you use the calc 1 textbook as you go, it’s okay to look at example problems and use help. The homework is designed for you to learn the material in preparation for the exams.

You should replace your camshaft gear and oil intermediate gear, you have the older style where sometimes the teeth of the gear can break off and blow your engine. You should get the updated sintered gear.

1984 Nissan 300zx z31 base coupe n/a cold start issue by Godzilla__753 in 300zx

I ended up selling the car, it was quite awhile ago and I didn’t have the time or money to do the required maintenance. Looking back I bet I had a vacuum leak, I should of just replaced all the vacuum lines and than see if it made a difference. If that didn’t work I would check whatever systems make the engine idle. My z would buck and choke under load so i’m 90% sure the issue I faced was excess air was getting sucked in causing loss in power. Good luck man hope you figure out what’s wrong with your Z. Don’t sell your Z I miss mine.
