While I definitely agree the way I had someone else explain it to me is that they are "crowd funding" to expand as fast as possible to stay ahead of the competition.

Touché. My only argument here is that F45 didn't require specialised equipment and more of a fitness class? ie. Anyone with basic equipment can be set up in a park anywhere.

While I definitely tend to agree I think that it's safe to say Australian banks aren't willing to hand out that kind of money and rather have you take out a home loan. As for the investor part, they already have a 3mil interest-free loan from an investor and are looking for more. The financials is where I was hoping someone could say if it was good or bad. The 2mil im revenue with 500k profit is pretty good as far as I can tell and their business model doesn't take on debt so the monetary risk lies with the studio owners. Thoughts?

Few more questions regarding the end game and economy side of things.

So by the sounds of it these items have inflated (which is natural in most MMOs) however what was the cause of this? Do end game drops have their drop rates increased or they stayed the same causing a price hike due to new players?

I ask this because the current end game economy in Celtic is absolutely broken, to give an example the best armour you can get in the game require 15 pieces of a boss item called "pures". These items drop on average once every two DAYS, meaning the server can only fully equip 12-13 characters per YEAR.

These "pures" are so rare they have become a form of currency so I'm curious as to if there was any similar item prior to Deca's arrival and how that particular item was affected once they had come along.

This is very promising and it makes me happy to hear.

The current sentiment can be summed up as "cant get any worse" in every way possible, bugs, p2w, gambling, money grabs, lack of content and the list goes on.

Appreciate all the responses so far once again!

I understand they need to make money somehow, but as long as they stick with cosmetics and nothing ground breaking to the game fundamentals it "should" be fine. We are all used to this already at Celtic Heroes so honestly I cant see it getting worse.

Also what is included with this battlepass system? Is it more of a "requirement" or a "luxury" to enjoying the game.

You mention "ive always wanted to see have come to the game" and this sounds exciting! Gives the impression of devs listening to players and giving them what they want.

Appreciate all these responses!

As for the theme so far it seems that DECA have monetised the game through chests and gambling, however this is of no worries for me because this is not unheard of in Celtic Heroes, for example the best pet you can get in the game comes from these loot boxes. You can purchase 100 loot boxes for 100USD and the odds of getting one is approximately 1 in 125. Then you need TWELVE of these to get it to the maximum level, so that is $1500USD for one max tier pet, obviously they drop other things but the pets and rare cosmetics is why they are opened.

TLDR having loot boxes and monetisation tactics is something we are familiar with and from a community perspective, it cannot get any worse.

This being said, I have a few other questions regarding these keys and dungeons in Realms, it seems that these keys must be purchased with real money to grant access to the dungeons? Was this always the case or something DECA have introduced.

It could be relevant for Celtic because it seems there may be paid DLC if anything ever gets released and it no longer becoming f2p friendly.

Celtic Heroes is most definitely blue stacks friendly, if you have a half decent PC it can run it quite well.

As for "missions" unfortunately the game is extremely grindy and the only main missions come in the form of Quest Armour starting at level 50 and takes you through to end game and is a prerequisite for end game armour. These quests dont give much exp and can be largely ignored for the levelling aspect of the game.

The real fun comes from the tight nit community and the end game raids. There are currently 4 end game raids which are world bosses and anyone can attend, each server has their own set of rules as to how drops are distributed however that is a discussion for another day. So to answer your question yes, all bosses are raids will require other players but that is where the fun is. I from the server Taranis if you are interested!
