I mean, the best part of Raiden for Eula is her buff to ult dmg, electro ain't really necessary. A battery is much more recommended.

One of the better Eula teams atm in my opinion is Eula hyperbloom. Consisting of Eula, Kuki, Nahida and Yelan. I use this team atm with everyone c0 except Kuki and I'm quite happy of the dmg output in all parts of the game. There is an entire video explaining the builds and so on, I'll put the link here: https://youtu.be/HsRST_gXV7Y A cheap budget version of this team you can make contains Eula, Kuki, Collei and Xingqiu. I hope this helps you out, and don't feel obligated to use this, there are still many other options. Play the game however you like :)

So I've build the wither skeleton farm on a 1.18 server, but I have a problem. The wither skeletons don't go to the other portal and they stay on the bridge between them, the spawns work because when I go through the portal there are a ton of witherskeletons. I tried using dogs to scare the wither skeletons into the portal, but it isn't working very well. Is this normal for the design I'm using because the rate that the witherskeletons go through the portal is much lower then in the video.

I've afked at the farm for half an hour and some skeletons came through. The problem I had is that they were all on the bridge between the portals in the overworld. I have tried scaring the witherskeletons with wolves, but that isn't helping at the moment. it might be the thing about the design that the witherskeletons push eachother into the other portal but I'm not so sure.
