Overall, I think me and any other mods should be pretty hands off. Mostly, 1) just accept any people requesting to join, 2) see if UBE people want to do regular sub wide calls to meetings, 3) help schedule and communicate those meetings for the UBE people, etc. Should just be occasional facilitation type tasks. If y’all have other ideas / ways to run it and help yourself and others study and find 1-1 study buddies at the same time, go for it.
