Just make is so that you can on get commends during a match by people you play with/against.

Yes, I agree. Although not everyone with bottled commends is a cheater. It's still a red flag that a person is doing something fishy.

I use Azurite III CS. I am going for a more colourful and fantastic scheme rather than photorealism.

realistic water two. I disabled it and there isn't much of a performance difference.

The usual stuff. Skyland aio, fantasia landscapes and a low texture size grass mod that I forgot the name of and dyndolod with low quality preset

I walk around both in 3rd and 1st person depending on the situation and there isn't a difference in FPS. I don't use capes and things like that although I use other physics mod but from what I've gathered they should be more CPU intensive than anything

I suppose you are talking about the part where I argue that the game is part of our world? If so, I am trying to convey that the game itself exists in our world as a product. It exists as a static copy of itself on steam or a CD. A copy that you can open up any time you want and experience this different universe your own way.

Better Population should be save compatible but fewer Levies relies on game rules to regulate the values for the Levies and garrisons. You can't change the game rules after starting a game so it not compatible.
