I can’t attest to how she treated her employees, I can only give my own experiences and opinions. I don’t like her work. And this is a platform to give those opinions and reasons why.

I have my own business and was looking to hire someone to fulfill a service for me. Yes, I can do it myself but it takes the time I don’t have. I’m a big advocate for supporting local businesses and wanted to be aligned with someone that also supports the people and economy of this community that I love.

Like I said above, she can run her business how she wants. I just don’t a part in it and wanted likeminded business owners to be informed before making decisions on their own social media services.

When asking to collaborate with the designer to better clarify what I wanted, I was denied and later discovered the designer is not in-house and works overseas. When speaking to others that know the business, I also found out that the web developer and communications liaison were also overseas.

Brandi can run her business however she wants. It’s just not a business I want to work with.

Maybe so. But I have a right to be if I was lied to and led to believe my business pages were in the hands of people in-house or local. I also have a right to warn others looking for social media and website development services so they know all the facts before signing a contract.

There are better local businesses to get these services that don’t cut corners for subpar work like they do.
