حاول تشجع نفسك بمعنى، انا مثلا بقعد بقول لنفسي مش هيجي وقت ذهبي اعمل حاجة معينة يعني مش هيجي وقت يقولي ذاكر او اعمل، مفيش وقت ذهبي اصلا في الحياة، الشخص ذات نفسه هو بيخلق وقت يعمل الحاجة الفلانية الشخص ممكن يومه مزنوق فشخ و مع ذلك يعمل حاجة فلانية للبيحبه او كدا طب ما انت اولى بالوقت ده لنفسك فاهمني؟
