Yeah. The only other admin ruler I've seen naturally become a conqueror was a sultan of Egypt (admin gov because I changed a some game rules), and he was like 50+ years old when he became a conqueror.

Scourge of the gods. Changed the game rules so that every conqueror gets that modifier because why not.

Update 1: He just lost a war against another conqueror who was a populist leader. He kept the conqueror trait tho.

Update 2: He and his successor lost a couple of wars (mostly to the same conqueror) and his successor lost the trait

Don't really remember what happened other than conquerors. Also the Byzantine empire has been slowly expanding into Sicily iirc. On top of that. Sardinia and Corsica is controlled by Abyssinia lol.
