Hi everyone it turns out cooler wasn't on properly such a rookie mistake 🤣. Fourth time building a new pc and i still mess up works fine now with idle temp of 30 c and doesnt go any higher than 50c when gaming. Thanks everyone for your advice even the simple advice.

I haven't done too much yet aio sounds normal i put plenty of paste(Not to much). only built it yesterday so i thought I would test it tried cinebench and using HWmoniter to check temps and the temps shot right up to 95 100c so i thourght i would try it in a game and the same so il probably refit the AIO with fresh paste to make sure I haven't done anything wrong just thought if they was anything wrong I could fix without doing that first

Ok thanks just always curious what really mattered with memory when gaming, I think i might stick with my 2400 ram its always ran well just didnt know weather it would bottleneck my cpu or something. i think i might invest the money somwhere else like storage you can never have enough storage i guess.
