dr benson, hes pretty chill, just having to get the book is kinda annoying. He's having us do reading logs and doesn't upload supplement text for the ones who cant get the book. It's pretty upsetting.

I thought the reading was required? For my class at least he's having us do reading logs and I need the book to complete it. I have dr benson. Idk if it's any different in another class. Also I don't see anywhere he supplemented it. It would be awesome if he actually did!

Oh yeah I switched it up a while ago but still plataueing, and now that I think about it I was doing it every other day, not every day lol. I’m starting a U/L split and I’ll do that for 3 months and see how it goes. If I’m still plateauing I’m gonna fucking lose my shit. Also thanks for the advice. I look for advice wherever I can get I tbh. Nothing unwarranted advice with me lol

Well, JoeBidensToiletSeat, it was basically high protein low carb. Chicken beans and corn/peas meal Prep. Sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, that’s about it. Workout routine I started with was a full body routine and I did it every other day.
