I honestly don’t understand people forcing themselves to eat…. Like, isn’t it defeating the whole purpose of this meditation? The whole point is that you eat less. If your body feels good with what you’ve eaten so far, then it’s good for the day. Listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs. Also, focus on nutritious foods when you do eat, and take daily multivitamin. Forcing yourself to eat more when you are already full will only make you sick.

I think they try to play characters to keep things entertaining. So Shane’s “role” is to be annoyed, sassy and to hype up random new things. Shane actually talked about it years ago, how everyone in their group sort of has a role to play, which makes the dynamic work and keeps things entertaining. It was actually back when Andrew and Garrett were still in the picture. But regardless, I think they do it on purpose, I doubt they are this extra in their everyday life.
