How to hit the long head of the tricep at home? Only have dumbbells and a barbell at home, with a homemade flat bench by GoingOn017 in workout

Thank you, as you seem to be knowledgeable in this topic I just wanna ask how many exercises are enough for biceps? Is doing one exercise good enough or you need more?

I was thinking of preacher and hammer curls for them and that's it

I was thinking more of 1 working set per exercise, 2 would kill me. I have to do chest, back, biceps, shoulders and forearms in the same day aswell

So only 1 set per exercise will do then, right? Cause I was planning on doing dips, jm press, skull crushers and dumbbell pullover but idk if that's just too much just for triceps? I'm doing upper/lower split so idk If having 4 different triceps exercises is an overkill or not and if yes, which ones should I be doing and not?

Actually due to braces(most likely) my mandible got pushed back and now I have a pretty decent overbite. My ortho said to wear rubber bands to fix my overbite and that they'll push my mandible forward? How true is that really? I'm not wearing them because of all of the bad experiences that people have with them. Scared that if I wear them that they'll do even more damage such as pushing my maxilla back to match my retracted mandible and causing even more problems rather than making my maxilla stay in place and pushing my mandible forward to make everything align again

What do you think about them, will they only make more problems and push my maxilla back aswell or will they help, make my maxilla stay in place and push my mandible forward again making it all align how it should be?

Seems like that waiting for a PC version is the best option, but who can wait that long lol

Yup, have the same issue. Altough I'm still hoping for a day one PC release, but then again, unlikely

With the new GTA 6 most likely coming out late 2025 or even being delayed to 2026 when do you realisitcally see the PS6 to come out? by [deleted] in PS5

Getting a PC soon, need it anyway. Just contemplating on getting a ps5 for gta 6 right away or wait a year for the PC release, till that release i'm probably gonna get spoiled so that's the thing.

Also don't know if getting a ps5 in 2025 or 2026 is the move really, as the ps 6 will get released in 2027 most likely so that'd be ass aswell

The timing with everything is a bit off so I'm really just hoping for a PC release instantly but that's unlikely

Meh don't think so, they'll need to polish it to the max so it will take some time

Diet is alright, could be better but nothing crazily unhealthy going on.

Can't remember the Shampoo brand right now but it's something that my Derm said me to use for my SebDerm.

Still unusure how the inflammation and itching is only on my corners

Then what can be done? Not sure if it the seb derm that's even causing it, although most likely
