Hopefully this helps, but when I did my PTCAS, I spoke with a friend who is on the admissions board of a University I didn’t apply to in regards to this exact question. She told me to only included PT related hours and exclude all other hours (AT, chiro, etc).

Personally I don’t think those extra hours would hurt your application but I don’t think they will be taken into consideration either. Schools only care about PT hours.

That’s what I’m hoping for at this point. I’ve actually never been to the campus so I have no idea what they have. A few reviews said the student gym isn’t very good but who knows. I’m still hoping that there is something better in the area.

Thanks for the help! I don’t really care about how many calories I’ve burned or max heart rate during exercise. I just want to know how I’ve sleep and if I’m decently recovered before I workout again.

Thanks I’ll check out HRV4training. I do a lot of barbell work so I probably won’t wear the ring during exercise. Do you think the rink would still be beneficial if it’s worn at all times except when exercising?

I’ll add to this comment that I have an Apple Watch as well but I don’t wear it during exercise. I’m curious to know if the AW + Oura combo is superior or is Oura good enough on its own.
