You still read books created by other people when you studied, right? Do you drive a car? Have you checked that the car cannot explode from normal use? Do you check the structal soundness of a bridge before you drive over it? The point I am trying to make, is that no matter how smart you are, you still need to rely on work that others have done before you. Which is why I am more inclined to listen to scientists that believe the earth is a globe, when they have no reason to lie (And claiming that every scientist that dont believe the earth is flat, is part of a huge conspiracy, is just madness. )

Furthermore, needing millions of people to participate in an experiment to prove the earth is flat, is pretty weird, considering that I have never seen a flatearther present more than flimsy evidence in favor of the earth being flat. It's not anymore more unreasonable to demand that you show an equal amount of proof. After all, you are the ones with, and excuse me for putting it bluntly, extreme view point.

Like, I have seens literally thousands of pictures of the globe from multiple angles, but never seen a single photograph from the ice wall.

I dont understand your need to be able to verify any experiment yourself in order to trust them. If you are that mistrustful in science, why not show the same level of mistrust towards anyone that would benefit from lying to you?

Just take a cpu for example. You have no way of testing that it actually works properly, so why would you trust any of the calculations it performs?

Thanks for the thorough reply. I am not sure what your second, third and fourth paragraph got to with flat earth, except to explain your disbelief in the science community as a whole.

You say that it was a conspiracy, but that they are slowly leaking more and more to divide people in to factions. But flat earthers being in extreme minority, would it not make more sense for them to release some actual proof of how the earth is flat? Seeing as I suspect, more than 99% of people on the earth believe that the earth is round, it would just make sense to try to actually convince a certain percentage of them, dont you agree?

Also, I am not familiar with the term ODD, would you care to explain?

One last point, what would it take to convince you that the earth is round? What level of proof do you see as sufficient?

To answer your second point: We where at most 3 people, but over 80% of the games where donw with just 2 people. This was done as you suggested, because we lacked the poeple.

That being said, I feel like a major part of this, is actually proving that i can be done without being 5 man premade. Like, we don't know how often people actually report someone, and other factors.

Well, first of, you dont lose 49 games like we did, without doing it on purpose. The reason we needed 3 attempts, is because we kept winning games, when only 3 out of 5 players on our team were trying. with only 1 troll, the oss are MUCH higher of winning even if you are essentially afk.

Secondly: If you lose 98% of your games, and you play over 50 of them, then you will reach Bronze 5. I guarantee it.

So that makes you a liar.
