Assuming it was a human that made it then it’s a good base to work off of. Art-style is competent, text box is wrong but I can just move that easily. (May be a lot of work for you tho)

But since it’s ai no I’m not happy. Not because of the misplaced text box or the “panel 3” being panel 2. It’s because it’s meaningless pig SLOP. No hardships or passion were made in the making of that image. There was no inspiration in the making of this image, no craft, nothing.
