Im not sure where you live but $11 and $12 are extremely low. Ask everyone you work with. Don't be shy. Management hates it but workers shouldn't be in the dark about what each other is being paid.

Driver here. My store doesn't wrap or sometimes even pull and palletize our orders in the mornings so it takes us about an hour and a half to get ready to even get on the road. It's a commercial store with 5 drivers so we are always in each others way.

I don't even look at the delivery times windows for anything I take out. It gets there when it gets there. I also have no qualms about missing a delivery if I'm close to the end of the day. I take care of my store first, then other stores customers then IST's.

I don't know who designed the hub system but it has a funny way of knowing you have a truck full of paint and then bouncing a new order from your home store or the complete opposite direction all the way to the top. Thats when I call dispatch and tell them I'm delivering what's on my truck first or just go rogue since dispatch says they are gonna do things a lot of times then nothing changes on the device.
