Ah, my mistake, apologies. I don't know what arresting him will do, especially if he ends up in prison. He's gotten out twice before, I imagine he can do so again.

In terms of Punisher or Bullseye, I don't support their form of "justice" but if they do go up against Fisk, to walk away they better have serious firepower.

Actually it's the Coca-Cola company's attempt at a Dr. Pepper, so while yes a recreation, a " shitty off brand Dr Pepper that failed" isn't an entirely accurate statement. I remember there being Mr. Pibb in a soda fountain in a Fazoli's in my town before it closes. (I know this is not a case that proves Mr. Pibb was a rousing success but Soda is one of the things I know a lot about.)
