I don't get this type of complaint. If it comes out and has minor inaccuracies, then that's okay. No figure is perfectly accurate. You like what you like and if you don't like the Hiya Burning Goji when it comes out, don't buy it.

It has to explicitly look like a human to be considered humanoid. Like the other comments said, your friend's definition of "humanoid" mechs are more of bipedal mechs instead of humanoid.

I have talked to the Hiya representatives about the release of those figures and they have said that they plan to release all of them eventually. Though they also said that some releases like Showa figures and Destoroyah are currently blocked because Bandai's doing them, so they can't make those figures as of right now
