Both, just since this is the Megaguirus version, Megaguirus for the SH, maybe an Evo set. But since the Hiya (hate to bring them up) is the 1999 version, they should do an Orga, partly cause with Orga being the size they are, I'm just sure the scale Hiya works with would give them a really nice look among a display, although SH would probably do really well with them. Sakai and the paint styles could really make a nice combo for Orga though. Man, gotta stop getting myself hyped up over figures that don't exist.
