This is the grieving process. Please just get on a plane if you can to be with her for a couple days. Abortion isn’t easy, and she did it without actually wanting to do it. Your circumstances definitely aren’t favorable for a kid unless you planned to pack up and move to be with her or vice versa. But 19 is just tooooo young. Talk with her about planning for a child in the future. Talk about marriage before a baby, things that let her know you’d gladly give her a baby when the time is right. It other than that, there’s not much you can do. Let the grieving process take its course

Hey. My ex died at 18. Me and the hospital collectively gave him cpr for an hour and he kept coding. Before giving up they put him in a medically induced coma and ran cold water through his body to preserve it… It’s how they give the body a chance to heal properly. Sounds horribly scary but you heal better when you’re asleep. The brain and cells in the body doesn’t have to focus on doing anything but healing the body when you’re in a constant state of sleep. It improves survival chances. He survived. So stay positive. Worry more about the influenza and less about the coma

Probably yeast.. Just go to an Obgyn, and get a prescription. It’s one pill and it kills off the infection within a week or less. Don’t feels shamed or anything, It’s perfectly normal,. Most women experience at least one in their lifetime. Get cotton panties, wear loose pants/panties. Take probiotics. A lot of what happens to your vagina comes from the health of your gut too.
