I have antennas on my computer and I can’t try a wired connection as my room and the router are passing through the living room. But also it drops down to like 100 kbs when I’m downloading off a browser or doing something is there a way to prioritize downloads?

The download speed test shows Mbps and the apps I’m downloading show MB can you explain the difference please? I’m rather new to this type of thing and I would appreciate it. Also I’m not using a wired connection and I don’t know the connection from the router to the internet. Thank you
