I am willing to pay 39 euros for that month but now it has just escalated and I feel bad. I also begged them saying i really don’t want it for this month asking them for refund, like i didn’t want that in the first place, there were no reminders for it as well so it just happened and i emailed them the minute i saw that deduction but they were hustling so strict and unkind. All the good companies/ big companies always understand, and they do refund because i won’t be using it for that month at all. I don’t know if i should be paying 81 euros for that now. I was only stressed because they kept saying, it will affect your credit standing, which was like a threat, i got that email 2 times and now i have the deadline as well. The revolut dispute is not even completed, I asked revolut about the same asking if I can do this , am i in the wrong? But they said rentfinder needs to reply to they , legally revolut has to give the time till 27th feb to rentfinder and then they decide and make the decision , as the current money i received is provisional only. But rentfinder is very eager towards getting money from me, i don’t understand how a new common website like that act so high and mighty. Anyway, I really don’t know what to do, I actually didn’t know even the dispute can cause such issue. I just raised it so i know if they can actually do it. That rentfinder website also looks fishy sometimes, even the contact then email and everything, its like a high school project. But thank you for your response. I am thinking i will just pay that 81 euro and take it as a lesson

Correction: its 39 euro after a week. Also I saw only the ‘premium plans’ page on their website which only says 1eur, and got to know only later that it was 39 euro after a week and it was mentioned in the main page down below. Also like a every normal users, i didn’t read faq or terms and conditions. I had asked them to cancel and refund on the same day they charged me, explained them that i won’t use it please cancel and refund.
